At least two regular Marshals FRSC were yesterday shot,allegedly,by the security detail attached to the speakers of the Abia State House of Assembly hon. Chikwendu Kalu, for stopping the speaker's wife who drove in the vehicle without using her seat belt. Sources said the incident happened when the Lady's vehicle was flagged down by the officials of the FRSC at a pin down point located neart its unit command at Umueka KM 78 Aba Road,in Abia State. When questioned for not using her seat belt, the lady reported  flared up and alerted her husband on phone.The speaker's police details that was ordered to the scene accosted the marshals and shot at the two of them who sustained injuries. The federal government says has  taken steps to get Nigeria Broadcasting Code NBC to discourage the production of Nigeria films outside Nigeria movies and music outside the country. Lai Mohammed, minister of information,made this known on Saturday in Lagos when a paid visit to the headquarters of the Copyright Society of Nigeria COSON . The minister decried the situation whereby by films,reality shows and music were made outside Nigeria for Consumption by Nigerians. He said the situation had hampered empowerment practitioners in the industry,the development of the sector and the nation's economy in general. A Nigerian man identified as Dada Isaac olusola has died at the murtala Mohammed international Airport,Lagos,shortly after returning from the united states. Olusola,who was said to have arrived the country via an Emirates Airlines flight on Thursday,July 13, slumped at the screening point of the airport. Eleven persons were killed in multiple bomb explosions carried out by four female suicide bombers in Maiduguri, on Tuesday night. The first and second explosion occurred at about 9.45.pm. at mulaikalmari ,some six kilometres away from Maiduguri .Eight persons including the suicide bombers were killed in the attack. Three persons were also killed and five others wounded in the third and fourth explosions,which occurred about 20 minutes later at polo sabon Gari area.
