Boy whose penis was chopped off by grandfather in Bayelsa returns from India as doctors say he is too young for surgery.

The anticipated joy of families and sympathizers of Oyintari Michael Joseph was stalled at his return from India when the news made the round that surgeons said he is too young to undergo the surgery.
Recall that baby Oyintari, whose genital was chopped off by his step grandfather in Bayelsa State was flown to India on Wednesday August 2, for reconstructive surgery.

Mrs. Ebiere Adeh, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Women Affairs who led baby Oyintari and his mother, Nudora Joseph in the medical trip as mandated by the Bayelsa First Lady, Rachael Dickson through the Commissioner for Women Affairs told journalist, Isedirikonghen Ebi. Alhaji in her office that the specialists in the INDRAPASTHA APOLLO HOSPITAL, NEW DELHI, INDIA after physical examination of baby Oyintari, recommended that he must attain PUBERTY to be able to perform PENILE ENLARGEMENT surgery on him.
However, upon their return to Yenagoa, baby Oyintari developed some health concerns and was admitted in a government hospital but is currently discharged.
Meanwhile, the Women Affairs Ministry has asked baby Oyintari and his parents to go back to their home town, ONDEWARI COMMUNITY, a remote village in Southern Ijaw LGA, Bayelsa State, where the ugly incident happened since the surgery couldn't be performed anytime soon.

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has rescued crash victims involved in a lone accident on the Lagos /Ibadan Expressway and returned over N2million recovered from the  scene to the mother of the owner. Police arrest Lagos most notorious cultist

The most wanted cultist in Lagos, Kanmi, also known as Father, has been arrested by the State Police Command.Father was declared wanted by the police after he was recently released from the prison, Father was reportedly feared by cult groups within Mushin, Itire, Lawanson and Ilasamaja areas of the state. It was further gathered that while he was in detention, cult activities and war reduced, but as soon as he was released, there was a marked escalation of rival cult wars.
