Man burst into tears after finding out his father survived the hurricane disaster in texas.


After an emotional CNN interview where he described surviving the storm which he lost a lot and being separated from his family, Aaron Mitchell broke down in tears as he spoke to his father for the first time after Hurricane Harvey slammed into his home in Aransas Pass, Texas.

Mitchell told CNN how he had walked 12 miles in the dark to his father's house in a failed bid to find his parent, and the crew were able to use a satellite phone to help him connect to his father in an extremely emotional moment.
